Welcome to the client section of our website!​

This section is where new clients can create their account and existing clients can log in to their account.

New Clients
Finding a loving and reliable pet sitter or dog walker can be difficult, but we do our best to make it easy. If we have already answered all of your questions, you can create your Time To Pet (TTP) Account by clicking the button below.
Time To Pet is our scheduling software where you can request your dates and input your pet/home information for our team to access. If your booking is not made through Time To Pet, it is not on our schedule. All of our communication moving forward will be on Time To Pet, and your visits will come from here as well. We highly recommend downloading the Time To Pet app on your app store for a more user-friendly experience.

Once you create your Time To Pet account, you will be sent our info form to fill out/sign via PandaDoc. This form outlines how we do things and gives us the ability to take your pets to the vet if needed.
​
Once these two steps are complete and you request your dates, we will reach out to schedule our meet & greet.
​
This onboarding process is required of all clients.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR MEET & GREET
Our meet & greets are designed for our team members to meet you and your pets only after you have completed the onboarding process and we have answered all of your questions. Our team members will come to your house only to learn the routine of your pets. Any questions about payment, rates, scheduling, etc. should be asked before the meet & greet, as our team members are not able to answer those questions. This helps to keep our meet and greets free of charge. Any additional visit after the meet & greet is considered a "drop in visit" and is charged accordingly.
