How Can We Help?
1) Initial Contact
Fill out the form below to get started. Share how we can help and a little about your pets. We’ll review availability and pricing with you.
2) Account Set Up
Once we’ve answered your questions, we’ll send onboarding details so you can set up your account. After that, you can request the services you need.
3) Meet & Greet
Before the first visit, we’ll schedule a meet & greet. A Team Lead will meet you and your pets before our sitters begin care.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR MEET & GREET
Our meet and greets are scheduled after your onboarding is complete and all initial questions have been answered. During this visit, one of our Team Leads will come to your home to learn your pets’ routine and ensure everything is set up for a smooth start.
To keep meet and greets complimentary, we ask that any questions about scheduling, rates, or payments are handled beforehand.
Because we operate as a team, you may have multiple sitters assigned to your visits. After each booking is approved, you will receive a confirmation with your assigned sitters.
