1) Initial Contact

Fill out the form below to get started. Share how we can help and a little about your pets. We’ll review availability and pricing with you.

2) Account Set Up

Once we’ve answered your questions, we’ll send onboarding details so you can set up your account. After that, you can request the services you need.

3) Meet & Greet

Before the first visit, we’ll schedule a meet & greet. A Team Lead will meet you and your pets before our sitters begin care.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR MEET & GREET

Our meet & greets are designed for one of our Team Leads to meet you and your pets only after you have completed the onboarding process and we have answered all of your questions. We will come to your home only to learn the routine of your pets before our staff starts visits. Any questions about payment, rates, scheduling, etc. should be asked before the meet & greet. This helps to keep our initial meet and greet free of charge. Because we work as a team, you may have multiple sitters assigned to your first booking and any future booking requests you make. After each request is approved, you are sent a confirmation with who your sitters will be.
