We offer 30, 45 & 60 minute visits, allowing you to customize the perfect schedule for your pets.

Our visits are scheduled in 2 hour arrival windows from 7am-10pm, 365 days a year.

One of our team leads will meet you & your pets to see the routine in person. We are happy to answer any questions about our mobile app as well. Each new client receives 1 complimentary meet & greet.

30 minutes is our most popular visit option, and a perfect amount of time for most pets and households! This provides time to refresh waters, provide food, administer medication, go for a nice walk, and help with any additional tasks you may need.

For pets that need a little extra quality time, 45 minute visits usually do the trick! 45 minutes provide ample time to complete all the needed tasks, while having time to cuddle and give extra pets. This is also a great option for homes with multiple pets.

60 minutes is our most luxurious service offering, and is great for pets that have complex routines or for homes with multiple pets. 1 hour provides time for multiple walks, extra outside time, plenty of play time, and help with other household tasks!

We are thankful for our amazing team and the passion they have for your pets. Because of their hard work, we pay our team members 1.5x & 2x pay on holidays. A 50% per-visit holiday fee is charged on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, & New Year's Eve. This allows us to provide premium compensation to our team members for being available to work during the holidays.

We believe in transparency and simplicity. Other than our holiday fee mentioned above, we do not charge any additional fees such as extra pet fees, weekend fees, after hour fees, credit card fees, last-minute booking fees, etc. We also only charge the holiday fee on the actual holiday, not on surrounding days. We want you to have the peace of mind knowing exactly to expect, with no surprises!
